Order and Payment:

· What payment methods do you accept?

Handycum.com supports two payment methods: PayPal and credit/debit cards.

PayPal Payment
You can link your PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.
Note: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

· How can I view/track my order?
  1. After your payment is successfully processed, log in to your account and click "View" in the "Orders" section to access your order information.
  2. Once your order has been placed, it will undergo a processing time of 2-4business days. After this period, the logistics tracking number will be updated at the bottom of the "Order Information" page. You can view your tracking number here and check your logistics information on the designated tracking page.
  3. Please note that updates to your tracking information may be delayed due to inventory or logistics policies. This can occasionally happen, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns and Refunds:

· Can I return the product?

We regret that your purchase wasn't the perfect fit. While our products are designed to deliver exceptional pleasure, personal experiences can vary. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items with opened packaging. This policy ensures the well-being of all our customers. We appreciate your understanding. · Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order begins processing, no changes or additions can be made.

· How long is the Handycum warranty?

All Handycum products come with a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

About Product :

· What kind of lubricant can I use with my product?

Water-based lubricants are the best option for Handycum products.

· How should I clean my products?

After each use, clean your product with mild soap and water. Avoid using water that is too hot or harsh cleaning products to prevent damage.

· How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout page, navigate to the top of the page and locate the field labeled "Have a coupon?"

  • Click on the field and input your coupon or discount code.
  • After entering the code, click the "Apply" button.
  • You will see the discount applied to your order, confirming the coupon has been successfully used.
  • Continue with the payment process to complete your order.

Shipping and Delivery:

· How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order's delivery time consists of two parts:

  1. Processing Time: After placing your order, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  2. Delivery Time: After dispatch, the delivery time will depend on your location.
  • United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, and Northern Mariana Islands): About5-7 business days.
  • Other Countries/Regions: About7-14 business days.

· Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes, we offer discreet packaging for all orders. Your items will be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. There are no logos or descriptions of the contents on the outside, so your order will remain completely confidential.

· My product isn't working. What do I do?

If your product isn't working, here's what you can do:

  1. Ensure it's charged: Check if your product is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and let it charge for a while. Be sure to use the correct charging cable and follow the instructions for charging properly.
